Created by Sam Van Aken, this "Tree of 40 Fruit" blossoms flowers of various colors and its fruits include peaches, plum, apricots, nectarines, cherries and almonds.
Van Aken, a professor from Syracuse University in New York, used a special technique called "sculpture through grafting". This involves taking a budding sliver from a fruit tree and implanting into on his new tree. He claims that it took 8-9 years and US$30,000 to complete his masterpiece.
